Holmvatnet fibre-optic cable

Flooded rock tunnel lit by work lights, with cable laid along its floor

Installation of 7 km of subsea fibre-optic cable in Holmvatnet. The cable was pulled about 1,000 m into the mountain through a tunnel system to the power station. We mobilised a modular barge with a complete equipment package for cable installation, a diving station and survey operations.
